Gosselin & Greene is currently seeking new team members to join us in our expansion. Build your future now!

What we are looking for:

  • Sales Manager - The Sales Manager’s role is to oversee, support and train the buyer agents, listing agents and ISAs within the company. You will be responsible for interacting with the agents on a daily basis while helping them build their sales skills, increase conversion rates and keep accountable to their goals (both team goals and personal goals). You will be actively recruiting both experienced agents as well as new agents on an ongoing basis. Weekly & monthly reporting on conversion rates, profitability, and agent KPIs will be required.

    In addition to working directly with the agents and sales staff, you will interact with the Team Leader to ensure that we’re hitting sales and profitability goals. You will play a critical role in creating and updating policies and procedures as needed.

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of each individual agent is necessary. Effective oral and written communication skills, understanding of budgets and strong time management skills are also required. Most importantly, you will have a calm demeanor, a sense of humor and an empathetic touch to be able to continue building the team culture, as well as an enjoyable, but productive working environment.

    This is a full-time position. Office hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm M-F at a minimum. Additional office hours are expected if needed, but some work may be completed from a remote location.
    Compensation is a base salary plus bonus/commission based upon meeting and exceeding goals.


  • Real Estate Agent (Buyer Specialist) - Are you seeking a full pipeline of leads, next-level training and technology, and an efficient team structure designed for your success? We want to give YOU the freedom to focus on providing world-class service to your clients. We are hiring licensed, full-time real estate agents to work as Buyer Specialists for Gosselin & Greene. We are prepared to make sure you hit the ground running.
    • Responsibilities include immediate lead follow-up and long-term lead nurture, lead generation from your sphere and our Open Houses, comprehensive market knowledge, full-time agent status, a willingness to be a part of a team structure, and above all, a positive attitude and drive to succeed.
    • What we give you: the most advanced technology in real estate through our exclusive marketing systems and powerful CRM, leads, opportunity, training, coaching, support, a full-time transaction coordinator, and the professional and respected branding of Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty.


  • Real Estate Agent (Listing Specialist) - Are you seeking an opportunity to grow your business and build your own mini-team using an efficient team structure designed for your success? We want to give YOU the freedom to get your own listings and provide concierge service to your clients. We are hiring licensed, full-time real estate agents to work as Listings Specialists for Gosselin & Greene. We are prepared to make sure you have all the resources you need to maximize your sphere of influence and become a team leader inside of our streamlined team framework.
    • Responsibilities include immediate lead follow-up and long-term lead nurture, lead generation from your sphere and geographic farming, comprehensive market knowledge, full-time agent status, a willingness to be a part of a team structure, and above all, a positive attitude and drive to build your own business.
